Shipping & Production Policies:

The products in our shop are made to order just for you! Other than special pre-order, or limited inventory specialty products, I do not keep a standing inventory of premade shirts and products. The products are not made until you order them! Due to this fact, some of our products may have a longer product and lead time than shops that carry all inventory in house.

Most of our unique Items are custom designed in house and then printed and shipped from a network of reliable suppliers and shipping carriers across the US. This means that if you order more than one type of product your order could ship from different vendors, and your order may come in multiple packages. Please be aware that some products have a longer production time, but most are manufactured and shipped in 2-7 business days. The production time does not include shipping time, which will vary depending on the shipping partner used as well as mail holidays and times when shipping is nationally slower.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and all forms are filled out when placing your order, I am not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to an incorrect entry. I 100% stand behind my products and services and will do everything in my power to make sure your items are delivered safely and swiftly to your home.

Returns:

Due to the custom nature of the products being made to order, returns are not generally accepted. We will not accept returns or issue refunds because of issues like monitor color variations, sizing issues (please carefully refer to the multiple sizing charts on all products when ordering to help absolve any sizing issues), or just deciding you didn’t like something as much as you thought you would, or delays in production or shipping among other things.
